For organizations, businesses, and families/groups who are interested in participating in the 2023 Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Trunk or Treat as Park Vendors in Civic Park.

Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Annual Trunk-or-Treat event, is a free event for the community and is a favorite among many. On Friday, Oct. 27, 2023 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation will welcome 5,000+ community members to our event and we’re looking for craft table, games, photo booths, etc.—to serve as Park Vendors in Civic Park. During the event you will have the opportunity to share your skills to 5,000+ community members that come to our Spooktacular event!

What’s included/involved in a Park Vendor?

• One parking spot in a near by parking garage
• You’re responsible for providing activities i.e. games, crafts, face painting, henna etc. and staffing your booth.
• We encourage you to have a few free options of your service or products and a few options that are low cost (under $10 for a service or product).
• We encourage you to share brochures, giveaways, etc. to promote your organization as your provide entertainment services.

What promotional perks do entertainment vendors receive?

• Opportunity to interact with 5,000+ community members.
• Company logo listed on the Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Trunk or Treat event webpage at walnutcreekrec.org
