The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a vendor with a proven track record in ticketing software and CRM solutions, including general ticket sales (ticket office, phone, and online), subscriptions, patron account management, security, access control, point of sale, financial and settlement reporting, fund development, marketing reporting, staff training and other needs addressed in Section 3 New System Requirements.
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on Monday, July 8, 2024.
