Use this map to look up the zoning for a property and learn about zoning districts.

How to use this map

You can type an address into the search bar, turn layers on and off, and click on parcels to learn about them.

When you select a parcel, a window will pop-up. Click the “>” button to view information about the property.

The zoning field tells you the code for the zoning district. Take note of this because this code will often be referenced in other documents describing standards and requirements that you will need to comply with.

If the property is in an area with a Specific Plan, that will be listed. Specific Plan standards supersede the zoning ordinance. Look up information about Specific Plans.

The ordinance link field includes a link to the municipal code that applies to the property.
