Affordable Rental Housing

The City of Walnut Creek works to connect you to affordable housing resources.

We do not manage waitlists or applications for rental properties, but we do send notifications when affordable units are available to rent. Sign up to get notified when new housing is available.

We do not provide legal advice or mediation to renters, but we can refer you to organizations that do.

Eligibility

Housing is considered affordable if you are paying 30% of your total income or less on your rent and utilities.
