Steps to Apply

  1. Review the City Data Services application guide
  2. Create an account with City Data Services and complete the online application.

What’s next

After you submit your application, it will show up under “Reports Awaiting City/County Review” when you are logged into City Data Services. We will review it once the application period is closed and may contact you with questions and/or to schedule interviews.

If your project is selected by the review panel, City Council must approve. Upon approval, we will contact you and let you know your funding level. You may need to adjust your budget based on the level of funding approved.

Based on your revised budget, you may also need to update your goals for the year. We will notify you if you need to do that. If you do, login to City Data Services and edit your goals under “Contract Information.”

Reporting

After you get funding, you will need to complete the following reports:

  • Quarterly progress report
  • Expense summary
  • Sources and uses (S&U)
  • Request for Reimbursement (RfR)
