Ranger Led Night Hikes
July 21st & August 19th
Join Ranger Jack on a night hike under a full moon! This guided hike will take place on the night of a full moon, out in our Walnut Creek Open Space, giving an incredible opportunity to observe this phenomenon away from major noise or light pollution. We will discuss phases of the moon, stars and constellations, and nocturnal animals and how they have adapted to thrive in the dark! Please RSVP with Ranger Jack at jromero@walnut-creek.org.
