Project Description
CUP and DR to allow a new restaurant "Chick-Fil-A" with takeout service and dine in only.  No drive-thru or pick up window is proposed at this location. The existing 6,300 s.f. freestanding BofA building will be demolished to construct the new 5,250 s.f. building. The project also incudes outdoor dining area, new landscaping and site improvements to existing parking lot with a loss of eight parking stalls.
