Project Description
Redevelop the 1.56 acre parcel located at 1910 North Broadway (DMV site) with a mixed use project that consists of two, Six story buildings with 140 residential units, and 2,500 s.f. of ground floor retail space. The project also includes new landscaping, resident serving retail amenity spaces including a fitness center, community room pool/spa courtyard, open air roof decks and publicly accessible open space plaza between the two buildings.
