Existing Zoning, General Plan, and Specific Plan designations are Mixed Use Commercial (MU-C). Requested General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment and Rezone to change the designations to Mixed Use Residential (MU-R). No development is proposed as part of this application. Allowed residential density would be increased if the requested changes were approved.
