General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, and Rezone. The 2.77-acre site includes four parcels occupied by the Walnut Creek Honda Service Center and Dealership. Existing Zoning, General Plan, and Specific Plan designations are Mixed Use Commercial (MU-C). Requested General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment and Rezone to change the designations to Mixed Use Residential (MU-R). No development is proposed as part of this application. Allowed residential density would be increased if the requested changes were approved.
