Project Description
General Plan Amendment and Rezone for the former Bank of America site. The existing zoning is Planned Development PD-1140, and existing General Plan land use designation is Office (OF). The requested General Plan Amendment is to change the GP designation to General Retail. The Rezoning request is to create a new Planned Development (PD) zoning designation for the site based on the Community Commercial (CC) zoning district with some modifications.  No development is proposed as part of this application. Certain residential uses may be allowed if the requested changes were approved.
