Project Description
Redevelopment of 2094 Mt Diablo Boulevard with a mixed-use project consisting of 74 residential units, with eight of those units being designated as very low-income units. The residential units will be located on five levels above ground floor commercial space. The commercial suites are anticipated to be occupied by a dry cleaner, a brewery, and a day care center. Additionally, a Conditional Use Permit would be necessary for any new micro-brewery use.
