Project Description
Redevelop the existing 29-unit SAHA Development with a total of six-story (65-foot tall) 87 affordable rental unit project.  The project is being processed under SB330, AB1287, and Density Bonus (DB).  Under DB, applicant is requesting a total of three waivers which will be applied to the height, number of stories, interior setback, and one concession to address the parking that requires 132 stalls (62 are being provided on site).
