Project Description
A Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the new 4,300 s.f. Taiwanese Community Cultural Center at 1755 Sunnyvale.  The site consists of lots, the East Bay Methodist Church currently operate at this location.  The new center will offer cultural enrichment classes for adults, an afterschool program for K-8 students, and church services on Sundays. This site is zoned R-8 and adjacent to residential development.
