When to report a problem

If you witness anything other than rain water entering a storm drain, please report the incident. The information that you provide will help us maintain the health of our creeks and Bay. It is the policy of the City of Walnut Creek to keep the identity of complaining parties confidential.

You may report an issue by using the form below or by phone.  During business hours call (925) 943-5839 or (925) 943-5854.  After business hours call (925) 943-5844.  To report violations not related to storm drains visit Code Enforcement.  If you are reporting an emergency situation that will result in imminent and substantial danger please call 911.
