The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared by City staff and audited by an outside accounting firm annually. This report presents detailed information about the City's finances. It provides a context for understanding what the information in the financial statements, note disclosures, and required supplementary information says about the City. The ACFR is prepared following the guidelines recommended by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, and the standards adopted by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.
