City of Walnut Creek
Home MenuAffordable housing projects
The City of Walnut Creek works with developers to create affordable housing. We often subsidize housing projects if 100% of the units are affordable. If you are a housing developer, you may be eligible for a subsidy if your project is 100% affordable.
