Adopted by the City Council on January 24, 2023
The Housing Element Update (HEU) was adopted by the Walnut Creek City Council on January 24, 2023, following a two-year program of community outreach, drafting, and review. The adopted HEU has now been submitted to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for certification.
